The Church is the heart and soul of Avant. We exist to plant and develop churches in the unreached areas of the world. We've been doing it since the 19th century, intentionally and with specifically crafted and proven church-planting principles. But we can't do it alone. We partner with sending churches to see new churches planted globally.

We believe the local church plays a vital role in this work. That’s why we prioritize strong partnerships with sending churches. Joint Venture was created to bring churches and agencies together, combining their strengths to reach the unreached with the gospel.

What is Joint Venture?

A Joint Venture team is made up of six to ten adults from your congregation. Your church recruits the team, selects the field, and determines the timeline for deployment. As your sending agency, Avant comes alongside you with training, administrative support, and cross-cultural guidance.

While every team will be different, the mission is the same: to send missionaries, proclaim the gospel, and see churches planted.
